The Association of German M&A Advisors (VMA) is an affiliation of leading partner-managed, and independent German M&A advisory firms.
All of the members of the VMA practise the high quality and ethical standards that serve as the basis for execution of transactions, and thereby ensuring that the best interests of the client are achieved. Transparency in decision making and process reliability are the cornerstones of our businesses. It is our aim to assist entrepreneurs, managers of conglomerates, shareholders, financial investors, insolvency trustees, tax advisors and accountants in finding the right M&A advisor. The clients benefit from the anonymous exchange of experiences within the association.
The individual members of the VMA offer without exception long-term experience in providing high quality support to execute both buy and sell side mandates as well as family succession plan mandates. Furthermore, specialized M&A market segments for example including bankruptcy (distressed M&A) or real estate transactions are also supported with competent advisory coverage.
